Fact- will the new information system shows increase customer and employee moral by 20%. After training the employees will be able to quickly access opportunity's that the individual client may be interested in.
Fear- If we don't use a new information system we are in danger of rivals gaining competitive advantage because our system will be out of date.
Faith- I believe this information system will improve the company, because the current one is much outdated. This would make everything more efficient and faster
