Fear- If we don't use a new information system we are in danger of rivals gaining competitive advantage because our system will be out of date.

Faith- I believe this information system will improve the company, because the current one is much outdated. This would make everything more efficient and faster

  Each menu item a number represented as Data.Then It will be formatted into Information by adding dashes to the numbers. Then ill grouped the information into a relationship of which customers bought it, turning it into Knowledge. Then our customers information then will be bring up all the information such as age and sex and would be able to show trends, thus turning it into Wisdom.

Each of our customer would be represent by a number that would be formatted into Data. Then it will be formatted into Information by adding dashes to the numbers. It would then be grouped into relationships by sex which would be Knowledge. After that the Wisdom will be  all the information from different domains could be pulled up such as e-mail and telephone numbers .

Employees
 Employees would be represented by a number that would be unformatted Data. Then it will be formatted into Information by adding dashes to the numbers. It would then be grouped into relationships by age which would be Knowledge. Then through Wisdom all the information from different domains could be pulled up.
